CCA cable is the new enameled wire which adopts copper clad aluminum as conductor, so it's feature is between copper and aluminum, but it combines copper's excellent conductibility and aluminum's light weight.

Recently, the price of electrolytic copper increasing greatly, it is the excellent substitute of enameled copper wire, comparing with pure copper, it has apparent advantages:

(1). Light in Weight
The density of Enameled CCA Wire is one third of copper
wire with the same diameter, which is efficient in reducing
the weight of cables and coils, while not affect products'
function in coils.

(2). Excellent DC resistivity
Enameled CCA wire's DC resistivity is 1.5 times of pure copper wire. For the same resistivity, its diameter is 1.2 times bigger of pure copper wires, while its weight is 1/2 on the equal length.

(3). Excellent brazing
It has the same brazing as the pure one's because there is pure copper on its surface, so it will not be specially dealt with as the aluminum.

(4). Low in cost
Comparing with pure Enameled copper wires, it can reduce 30%~50% price in some using areas. During recent years, CCA wire trade plays a great role in national economical development.
